I ache for this game. Was a euro date ever announced? I'd be quite happy to import though.

Not as far as I know. But with the regular DS games, we can import. Sadly this all ends with the 3DS :( So many games I had to import on DS, so many games I will not get on 3DS...

Just read the review, that sounds overly positive and way better than I thought. Can't wait to read some more impressions on it now. But hopefully it comes to EU as well though...

It could be some magical combination of factors including stars and planets in the right alignment or some other cosmic hoosefudge, but I certainly did NOT expect to enjoy the game as much as I did.  I've complained a lot about JRPGs in various threads and not only did I have none of those complaints here, my expectations were thoroughly exceeded.  Of course, this is Atlus in-house and we're all Megami Tensei faithful.

So far, in scouring the web, reviews for the game have all been favorable.  I don't think any other critics liked the game as much as I did, but all scores are well above average.

Regardless, I hope that whomever gets Radiant Historia this week enjoys it at least half as much as I did.

Played it for two hours or so; nice stuff so far, though I am rather early in the title, so it might be too early to tell. I have good hopes for it though.

This happened to me with Tactic Ogre. I Ordered Radiata Stories from Amazon yesterday, and it shipped today. Amazon is getting lazy with their pre orders it seems. The same crap happened  with MVC3 for some people.

I'm just glad the damn Tactics Ogre Guide is finally legit.  Gamestop shipped mine today.  Amazon still hasn't received any in their warehouse still and it was cheaper there too :(

I wish I could have been there failing.

My local mom and pop store likes to release before most stores - might check them out.

I plan on picking this up this weekend at Gamestop. I'm listening to the soundtrack right now and oh my god is it awesome. This is one of the best soundtracks I've heard in a long time. Every track is incredible.

Mine too. Can't wait to play it. Everytime I get a really good game with a great soundtrack I then want to track that down for purchase too. $$$
