Post the weird little oddities, anecdotes, nitpicks, joys, habits, or quirks.  Last time I did a topic like this, you kinda realize you have more in common than you think...

• When it comes to details about me, I love lying to see what I can get away with (my friend of 10 years thinks I'm deaf in one ear)
• People think I'm secretive because I withhold information about where I've been or what I"ve been up to; the truth is, in my opinion, it takes more effort to explain the thing than it's worth wasting time about talking
• I once bit my dog after she bit me...
• I think most people are dumb; and there are too few interesting ones
• I love orange-flavoured things, but I hate the real orange
• I think the beach is over-rated.  Gimme a tour of Europe instead of some sand and water
• I impressed my friends by brilliantly imitating a horses gallop
• I love the scent and touch of things.  I have to touch what I'm going to wear in clothing stores, and I love my clothes smell after cuddling with someone
• When I'm excited/happy, I wag my finger... yes, like a dog does it's tail (odd habit)
• I love cleaning!
• I played accordion.
• I love jazz music and classical - if you think my tastes are "old" (I love Avishai and Ravel!) then bite me!
• "Perfect"-looking guys are boring to me, I don't ogle and drool at the model-types.
• When bored or alone, yeah, sometimes I touch my boobs - they're there and squishy...and cancer-prone! Important to do check ups!

I think that's enough to get the idea...*few*!!  I like the people on this forum - thought it would be cool to hear something a bit more different about you all! =)

Things about me:

I've only lived in Ireland for a year, but already "Grand" has worked it's way into rotation in my vocabulary.
My sister and I sleep in the same bed at Christmas Eve every year.
I play piano but I never learned how to read sheet music.
I collect many rubber ducks. I have almost 100 now. My boyfriend collects Transformers, so our house is just filled with crap.
I am a confident person playing an insecure person,  but secretly really is insecure.
I hate my natural hair colour (blond), so I dye it red.

Gah - me too.  I think that my problem is that the banana flavor overpowers whatever other flavor is in there, so I don't get "strawberry banana" - I get "BANANA! strawberry."  But I understand that I'm weird that way.

Oh yay, randomness!

I have a small (but still growing!) hat collection. The latest addition is a bright red top hat.
I insist that British tap water tastes better than bottled mineral water from East Europe.
I like the taste of Goat's Milk.
My Macbook is slowly falling apart. :P
I'm a left-handed writer and an ambidextrous tennis player (meaning I play equally bad with both hands!)
I've ridden an elephant, once.
I've seen Tropic Thunder about six times.

I play in a wiffle ball league and a kickball league in the summer.
I play in a dodgeball league in the winter.

I sacrifice personal comfort in order to keep my hair from getting smooshed and sloppy.

I hate people that whistle.
The human brain fascinates me, and I regularly wonder how thoughts and words are formulated in other peoples' heads.

There's a mustache on my DS.
I hate sports (watching them) and the idiotic cultures behind them, but love going to see them live.
I'm allergic to Tide clothing detergent.

Facts about me that I'm okay with sharing on this forum...

-Although I LOVE listening to heavy music (I'm one of RPGFan's many metalheads), metal is my least favorite style to play on bass.  

-Although I've lost over 80 pounds over the past 2 years and unabashedly sport lycra, spandex, and a weekly full-body shave when riding bicycles, I still have some lognstanding body image/body dysmorphia issues and am insecure about my body.  

-I love music and it's a big part of my life, but I don't have a favorite band or artist that I follow religiously.  

-Although I love to party, do basement shows, socialize, go out, and am a pretty outgoing person, I am also a very private person and enjoy solitude, peace and quiet, and quiet nights alone with a good RPG.  

-I recently recorded a demo CD of my voice impersonations in the hopes of doing some small time voice over work.  

-My perfect Saturday is a 30+ mile group bike ride in the morning, an afternoon spent playing video games, and a night out with friends.

- Used to do dog shows when I was in grade school through 4H. Came in first place once. Remained involved in 4H off and on until I was like 20.
