I actually used to really enjoy the dragonlance short stories. Being from different authors they were hit and miss but some of them were great. I got them pretty cheap in a second hand store.

Rereading Redemtion of Althalus by David Eddings. His books are not for everyone but I enjoy them. One of the problems is that if you have read one of his series you have read them all.
