So basically.....Joel Siegel, paid movie critic/reviewer, goes to see Clerks II....and rather than sit through the movie and give it a fair shot, he storms out 40 minutes in and NOT just walking out quietly, he makes a specticle of himself.

This guy makes stupid puns in telling you why you should see a particular movie (see Kevin's blog post for a taste of the crap Siegel pumps out) and for some reason can't make it through Clerks II? Jesus christ man, did you not see any of the Scary Movies? How about Not Another Teen Movie? Maybe AMERICAN FUCKING PIE?

I get the feeling Joel Sielgel needs to retire cause he's sounding a little on the prudish side to me.

Hah!  Thats funny.  What a serious ass-wipe.  Its his job to watch this stuff for free and critique it and he marches out and trying to get others to join him while he shouts about.

He is getting no respect from anyone on this, ANYONE.  Smith said it best in his blog. "Cardinal rule of movie-going: shut your fucking mouth while the movie’s playing", even if you dont like it.

Eh, all movie critics are pompous old fart asshats.  Joel Siegel's the biggest, most pompous asshat of them all.  I find him repulsively abrasive.    

Heck, all critics are asshats.  

I'm a video game and music critic.  

I'm an asshat.  

But at least I finish the games and listen to CDs in their entirety before reviewing them.  I love the hatemail, though.  It shows someone took the time to read my stuff and that my words had the power to elicit strong emotions... so I'm always thankful when I'm called a stupid asshole for any of my reviews.
