Okamoto Does Monster Kingdom

Looks like Yoshiki Okamoto and his pals at Game Republic aren't working on one PlayStation 3 game (Genji 2), but two. Today Okamoto revealed that Game Republic was acting as the developer of Sony Computer Entertainment's Monster Kingdom. This means the game will probably end up as a standard action adventure of some sorts.
I had hoped Kouji Okada's Gaia was developing Monster Kingdom following their stellar PlayStation Portable debut. I still hope the rumors on the Japanese net saying that Okada is already busy working on a PlayStation 3 game are true. May be that one RPG Angel Rings is developed by Gaia. It would be really interesting to see what a creative guy like Okada whose RPGs tend to differ from Square Enix and Namco's offerings can do with PlayStation 3.
