Something about the field graphics bothers me. Not a big deal though, it'll probably look better when it's not on a really blurry internet video.

Game speed looks like it's about right.

Nothing looks too new here - just a new device.  And yay...I get to use a stylus to use my magic that seems to be fairly "one way" anyways (ie; the vines).  Looks nothing special so far I hate to say; but a perfect transition for a game from 2D to 3D/

Yeah the stylus things seem kinda pointless, unless you direct the order in which your spell has an effect (Make a vine grow vertically or sideways, etc), but it doesn't look like it's going to be that complicated.

I hope they make the puzzles harder this time. Lost Age puzzles were a bit harder than the first game, but they were still pretty easy.

As for nothing being new, I don't think anybody was really expecting anything amazing or revolutionary about this game. I wasn't, at least.
