I'm really looking forward to this year's edition, there's a lot of great stuff, we'll be seeing more of some highly antecipated games that have been mostly in the dark untill now:
The last guardian
FF Versus XIII
FF Agito
The 3rd birthday will be playable at the show
MGS Rising
The show starts on the 16th of September.
Official site:
http://tgs.cesa.or.jp/english/
Here is konami's official line-up:
http://www.konami.jp/tgs/index.html
Otomedius Excellent
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow
Crossboard 7
Zac to Ombra: Maboroshi no Yuuenchi
DanceEvolution
Magician’s Quest: The Merchant’s Store of Sorcery
Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
Metal Gear Solid Rising
Non-Konami games they will be hosting at their booth:
Zero no Kiseki (Falcom)
Catherine (Atlus)
2 Metal Fight Beyblade titles (Hudson)
Momotetsu World (Hudson)
Some UFC game (Yukes)
Level 5 official line-up:
http://www.level5.co.jp/tgs2010/index.html
Ninokuni (DS) - Playable + Video
Ninokuni (PS3) - Playable + Video
Little Battlers (PSP) - Playable + Video [note: still listed as a 2010 title]
Secret Title - Will be announced on 15th Sept
Mystery Room (DS) - Playable + Video
Sega's line-up:
Sega is promising playable Vanquish (PS3/X360), Virtual On Force (X360), Sonic Colors (Wii/DS), Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity (PSP), Black Panther Yakuza New Chapter (PSP), Shining Hearts (PSP) and K-On After School Live (PSP).
As it does every year, Sega will also house games from its partner publishers. This year, the Sega booth will host playable versions of Shiren the Wander 5 (Chunsoft, DS), F1 2010 (Codemasters), Bullet Soul (5pb., X360) and Arcana Heart 3 (Arc System Works, PS3/X360). Take-Two's Japanese division will show a video of Mafia II.
Sega opened up a TGS portal today with videos and screens for many of the games. The portal appears to have slots for a couple of additional surprises.

Peace Walker? Is it not out in Japan yet?
I'm curious about Atlus, NIS etc.'s lists and what'll be on them.

Man, people has been screaming for Shenmue III for years and in what Sega waste their money? A K-on PSP game, those bastards.
Also, this got people excited on GAF...

There is no way that won't sell, though. Can you really blame them?

So any word of the new SaGa(?) title among the list of participants?
Also here's to some new information on DQX beyond it being on the Wii(for now?).

Someone on gaf posted sony's line-up, it was from the official site but it was all in jap but according to him the last guardian isn't on the list.
I hope that only means it's not going to be playable, we need another trailer.

it probably likes making fans squirm, and that series was supposedly too "unprofitable"
I'm hoping that "secret title" from level-5 is going to be Ushiro (as a surprise since it's gone through a few delays)
this one stuck out most to me:
http://www.square-enix.co.jp/tgs10/titles/stitch/
that and "zero no kiseki"

It's confirmed, only playable games are on the list, that explains the absence of TLG.
