Ok, since this is spilling into other threads now: Enough. It's not like he's even talking about, say, downloading a PDF of the journal that's in the Halo: Reach Limited Edition, he's talking about a book in a foreign language that he has no reason to get and NEEDS a fantranslation to understand anyways. He was good and vague about it until you pressed the issue.

I'd personally have made the call to allow that, I'm only following precedent there (and the fact visual novel tranlators have been receiving C&Ds). If it actually isn't an issue and was just DR's own call then I wouldn't mind as long as nothing that inarguably goes over the line (roms) were linked.
