What are you looking forward to playing most...if any? I ask because I have not played any of the previous games in the below series, apart from FFCC Ring of Fates. and I didn't like the controls

Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light

Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn

FF: 4 Heroes is a much more traditional-styled RPG, it's not like Crystal Chronicles.

Etrian Odyssey is out now and is VERY hardcore.

Golden Sun should be my favorite of the bunch!

I am also really looking forward to it.

I will probably get Rune Factory 3 and Dragon Quest VI when they come out also.

I might just put down all the games that I'm currently playing to start up Golden Sun when it comes out.

SaGa2.

SaGa3.

Too bad only two games are actually coming out over here.

Just two? FEDS2 and DQVI will for sure. Both SaGas should as well, I imagine.

SaGa 2's been out for over a year and Yoichi Wada was iffy about having it localized. A shame, because it sounds like it's one of the best SaGa games and a solid remake. :/

That long? Well shit. Square Enix seems to bring over most noncellphone stuff these days, I figured SaGa wouldn't be any different.

Anyways, I may wait on all of those... except for Etrian Odyssey. Already have that and am liking how the ship sequences give a change of pace from dungeon crawling, especially when you get stuck and need better equipment.

I am pretty bummed to hear the Saga games aren't coming :(

Me too, even though I wasn't looking forward to them I know some people are. I really don't understand SE sometimes, Atlus and Nippon Ichi localize a lot of risky games on the DS and they are far from being as big as SquareEnix, so why won't they take the chances ? Even Sega releases some, risky games themselves.

If those companies, especially with DS games which localizing could most of the time mean "put an english subtitle", would do that even in the jap version of the game I'm sure people would import them and they wouldn't even have the trouble of localizing it here.

Let's be honest, some games are so obscure that hardly anyone that is not looking specifically for that game will buy it, they'd save money on advertising, printing more copies, etc.

Out of those game I'm only looking forward to 4 guardians of light and maybe Golden Sun which I've hear a lot of praise but never played as I didn't have a GBA back them.
Saga I play one of them on psx (if it's the same thing I'm thinking) but didn't enjoy it much. Not bad but I don't know ...

On the one hand I'm pissed that SaGas 2 and 3 have basically zero chance of leaving Japan. On the other, I'm at least grateful that we've been getting the DQ DS rereleases (who here remembers the PSX/2 remakes getting passed up when they first came out).
