I remember years ago, one RPGFan member actually requested to be banned because he was getting addicted to the forums and not getting his work done.  I recall him being a good member who wrote intelligent replies to topics.  But, yeah, he actually asked to be banned.

I wouldn't say I was addicted, but more than a few times now I've loggged onto my laptop to do something, clicked the RPGfan tab on my browser, and by the time I'm done - i've completely forgotten what my original intension was.

EDIT: It's usually nothing important anyway. Mostly I just wiki random things like "penguins" or google the word "Cake" and drool over all the different sorts of cakes I'll never get to eat.

There were actually a couple of cases like that in the past.  I remember one in particular that wanted me to ban him because he hated everybody that posted here but couldn't bring himself to just stop reading. :P
