1220 pound leg press, 6 reps.
That's 3/5ths of a ton. A fucking ton...AND I could have done more if I had stated heavier earlier in my workout.
Also, I tried doing one of those tractor tire flips you see MMA guys do. My tire was 550lbs, and I flipped it one time just to see if I could. Wednesday is now gonna be my tire flipping day.
