I did some purchases online through BestBuy recently... My Skyward Sword was shipped in an envelope so it was torned and smashed, I called twice and they told me it wasn't their problem twice. I wanted to make a complaint but they refused. I had pre-ordered Dr. Lautrec and it never arrived, I called, they told me it was an error and they're sorry but they won't ever receive it. The guy was good-intentionned and he wrote down my complaint, I told him I hoped Diablo III CE would ship without other problems. Suddenly, one hour later, they cancelled it without any explanation. I'm seriously pissed! Seriously, that's the worst service I ever had, so if you were looking to buy on the BestBuy website, please don't! Sorry, but I just had to share it somewhere, hope this was the right place! :P Just wanted to eventually prevent somebody else to have to go through that...
