You're doing Marines after university? Usually people enlist to the Armed forces to help pay for future schooling. Are you planning on being career military then?

Out of HS I almost joined up but didn't have the balls. I wish I did... because I went to an expensive school and pissed away four years. I'm happy now but it was a long ass road.

Had an awesome sammich today. A puerto rican / chicagoan thing, jibarito. Instead of bread two slices of plantain smashed flat and fried with steak, mayonnaise, veggies and such. The plantain has a nice sweet, starchiness to it. Really nails the whole thing today.

Urgh, I'm completely sun burnt, What an idiot! I just couldn't be bothered getting up off the beach. Had a great weekend down at my sisters holiday house. It's sad though that the thing I miss the most is my video games, I'm lucky to have a partener who puts up with it.
