What part of New Mexico? I went through Raton Pass and through Las Vegas, NM to Santa Fe. The area around the Sandias is gorgeous.

Of course, eastern Colorado sucks, too. It's indistinguishable from Nebraska, which is the asshole of the universe.

Precisely. I wasn't planning to anyway, I can't wait to get out of here - but it's the principle of the thing. I'm going to do a little detective work this weekend.

Fever took a real toll on me, but I'm finally coming around back to normal. I was a trifecta of nose stuffed up, ear aching, and throat hurting. x_X

Back to original study schedule... =(
I'd like to think being sick was my body saying "take a fucking break, Dice" and it sat me on my ass. Watched some movies, played games, cooked some food, lots of rest, and annoyed people online.

Have to go to freakin Iowa tomorrow to spend the day with my wife's family. 3 1/2 hrs there and 3 1/2 hrs back. In one day. This sucks. One of the reasons we are going is to celebrate the return of her (step)brother from yet another tour of duty in Afghanistan. The guy has been over to the Middle East in some fashion at least 14 times! He's an army lifer, but MAN, that's crazy. I think he's going to be retiring soon.
I'll probably bring my psp along and get some Ys 7 time in.
I'm now off to get some shit done in my garden. The list is a mile long, like usual. Looks like the perfect day for it, though. 65 and sunny? Yeah, that's not bad at all.
