I decided to take up powerbocking for some reason.

WTF is powerbocking, you ask?  It's what the folks in this video are doing.  Though I imagine in my case there's going to be a lot more falling down and injuring myself.

Not even two weeks since I made that declaration and I've already injured myself.  Woohoo!

I walk my dog around the neighborhood every night. A lot of people do. There are lots of dogs around and most are wisely in the house, in a fenced in yard, or at least on a chain in the yard. Then there's the morons who have their dogs outside without a leash or anything. Generally, it's arrogant males who like to show off the power they have over their dogs. Too bad dogs are instinctual and will do what they want. So, anyway, last night we're walking down the street, and I see a garage door open with what appears to be a pit bull and it's pup laying in it. I call out to ask if they are leashed, but get no response. Then the adult dog sees us and immediately takes off after my dog. They both start snarling and baring teeth, and would probably have started fighting if the idiot owner hadn't run up and grabbed his dog. I'm freaking out and cussing the guy a blue streak, reminding him that there's a leash law for a reason. He just walks away and ignores me. Probably embarrassed by his dog just acting like a dog. This is not the first time that someones unleashed dog has come charging at us. What the hell is with people? Are they really that stupid? Lacking in common sense? I just don't get it.

TL;DR - Leash you're frigging dogs, people!

In other news, my Alluaudia procera is leafing out (finally), as is the Cissus tuberosum. Inexplicably, my Plectranthrus ernstii is de-foliating, and the succulent begonia I bought a few weeks ago is sort of fried looking

This^^^^^ We have two neighbors who do the same thing, everyone else in the area leashes the dogs except them, we actually dodge their place when walking our dog. Annoying as hell!

I was interviewed for a job yesterday, and while it went very well and I think I got it that's not what I want to talk about.

After I the manager talked to me there was a sort of peer interview w/ two nurses. One an older asian lady, seemed very nice. The other was a younger girl who was absolutely smoking hot. All I have to say is Dayummmmnnn
