I had a dream that I had trouble closing my mouth on one side. The rest of the day I had a slight tooth ache on that side when I woke up. ...I wonder if I did something funny to it while I slept.

Bah, the post office around here has gotten so fucking slow. Ordered a game like 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Don't know if it's lost or they're playing hockey with it at every post office it goes through.

At first I thought that was a picture of a naked lady, but then I remembered that Starmongoose was Scottish, and thus assumed that it was probably some kind of pudding.

In other news, I worked from home today so I could get my damn heat fixed.

And then I saw http://www.weather.com/health/cold-flu/sick-days-20121011 and I'm like HMM. See, I had to actually be here today to move stuff around because I wasn't really sure WHERE the heating system was broken. It turns out it was in my closet. Which was otherwise blocked by stuff I moved out of the way from other things. So yeah.

I like Biden and Ryan more than Obama and Romney right now. I mean seriously this debate is shitloads of feisty.

That was one badass debate. Ryan's closing comments were dumb but I mean besides that I think both candidates REALLY brought their A-game to the party. And so did the moderator. I THINK that Biden might be considered the winner in some nominal sense because he was more memorable -- whether you like or complain about the laughing and his... hamming it up to an extent, he really established more of a persona up there.

Honestly though I think they both kind of won, at least with regards to what they each need to do.

Turns out it's Flandre's theme from Touhou.

Reconnected with girl-acquaintance at friend's party last night, getting dinner and a movie with her tomorrow. First time I've gone on a date since breaking up with the girl who I thought was "the one". Gonna be awkward times. I'll consider it a victory if I don't spend all dinner talking about my ex.
