I can't say I've ever thought "ewww" when thinking about a woman's private parts. Well, outside of certain, you know, times. But I prefer to not think about that at all. I imagine you're the same in that regard.

Have to do laundry. Would rather just spend the next 12 hours in bed. In that state where dreams are more interesting than reality.

One of the corgis died mid-October. Two weekends ago I was at Easton Center with my mom and one of her friends. Went to Macy's. Remembered back in 2005, being at the same Macy's and mom making some crack about getting the dogs taxedermied when they died.

Picked up copies of GBV - Under the Bushes, Under the Stars and Devotchka - How it Ends that day (the latter partially because of nice cover art, and nice AMG reviews from the in-store review kiosks). Listened to UTBUTS going up to Findlay (it had snowed again. This was early spring). Dad was getting on my case about not wanting to go to prom. He never went to prom so I didn't get what the big deal was. I never went to prom. Don't recall graduation much but I remember it felt odd in a retrospectively meaningless way.

Title track from the Devotchka disc was used as one of the backing tracks for one of the dances Kent Boyd did on So You Think You Can Dance. Kent Boyd was from Wapak. Sort of was like a rallying point for people in the Lima/Wapak/Celina/St. Mary's suburban/rural non-sprawl. He ended up losing really late in the show.

I lived in Wapak till I was four or five. I remember everything that happened in that house. It's all wainscoting and I am antagonized.

from what i remember i think the choice of chaz is dubious. wasnt lutz leading the party after alys death? other than that i wish you would redo the the female one with that layout. and no ryudo on that list makes me a sad panda.

Rune and Chaz argued back and forth for a while, but in the end Rune/Lutz was basically training Chaz to run the group, and Chaz made most of the decisions.

And I'm a big fan of the new layout too :)

As someone else noted, brilliant segue.

In today's news I've ordered the Assassin's Creed Trilogy collection (it's become quite clear that I need to know this series) and I've also managed to order the Jak and Daxter trilogy (rounding out my collection of PS2 platformer trilogies since I already have Ratchet & Clank and Sly).  Yay!  I also couldn't resist a copy of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for roughly $20.  I think I have much awesome gaming ahead.

I too hide my facebook from family members.  Though facebook has been pretty amusing since Tuesday.  Lots of we're doomed because of X reason(s) posts, lots of I'm going to Canada posts, lots of whining.  The Canada posts always amuse me since Canadians don't seem to like their politicians either so that's not going to do them any good.

I always found it amusing that they're going to a place with MORE Obamacare than the U.S.

Broke my glasses. Repaired them with tape, but the visual center's off and I have tape over one of the lenses, so I'm getting double vision and fish-eyeing. Found an old pair of glasses. They don't really correct my astigmatism correctly, and they're scratchy as hell, so... I'm getting double vision and fish-eyeing.
