Holy shit man, that sucks balls. Having your stuff stolen is bad enough, but passport too? That's just shitty as hell and really annoying. Hope things go over smoothly after the consulate reopens.

Gym's paying off, my physical strength has improved a bit, and my upper body is looking less flabby wabby. I'm really only doing weight lifting right now, but soon I'm gonna add a stronger cardio element to my workout. The funny thing is the huge differences in strength levels for muscle groups. On one end, I can bench press 200 lbs which is somewhat ok but then military press I can only put up 100lbs. Similarly, I can do barbell shrugs at 400lbs, which is seriously huge, but I can only do dumbell lateral raises with 45lbs per hand...the differences are kind of significant.

Course, I can still leg press 650lbs with relative ease. I really wanna put a before/after photo up, but I feel it's kind of vain to do so.

Making a lovely pork joint with mashed potatoes and vegetables today. The meat has been cooking for about 2 hours now....OH WAIT NO. jk. The meat has been sitting on the sideboard for 2 hours while the oven cooks nothing.

As a male with an interest in feminism of the sane variety I can feel your pain.  This reminds me of some pseudo-feminist I saw on a message board claiming that missiles and swords are phallic-shaped as a sign of male domination.

About to head out to the company church service....I mean...Christmas party. I only say that because last year the owner spent a good amount of time talking about how we ALL will have to accept Christ in our lives at some point. We have no choice. Then he gave out gift cards, and made one of our sales reps sing "Go Tell it on the Mountain".
I imagine a similar situation for this year. I hope the food is good, at least.

Sorry, maybe it didn't come across well but I was just making fun of the tendency of people to over-interpret things as being phallic.  If all it takes is one dimension being longer than the others then no wonder it's so easy to find phallic symbols everywhere you look...
