Gym's paying off, my physical strength has improved a bit, and my upper body is looking less flabby wabby. I'm really only doing weight lifting right now, but soon I'm gonna add a stronger cardio element to my workout. The funny thing is the huge differences in strength levels for muscle groups. On one end, I can bench press 200 lbs which is somewhat ok but then military press I can only put up 100lbs. Similarly, I can do barbell shrugs at 400lbs, which is seriously huge, but I can only do dumbell lateral raises with 45lbs per hand...the differences are kind of significant.
Course, I can still leg press 650lbs with relative ease. I really wanna put a before/after photo up, but I feel it's kind of vain to do so.
