I've upped my gym visits to 4-5 days a week, and do 10 minutes of cardio on arrival and after my workout now. I've lost about 10lbs total, though with the heavy lift training I'm gaining mass, leading me to be very surprised when I look at a scale and see 380 lbs...
Anyways, I feel better than ever, and am now bench pressing 260 lbs....1 time....with a seriously large amount of effort being used...
