I've upped my gym visits to 4-5 days a week, and do 10 minutes of cardio on arrival and after my workout now. I've lost about 10lbs total, though with the heavy lift training I'm gaining mass, leading me to be very surprised when I look at a scale and see 380 lbs...

Anyways, I feel better than ever, and am now bench pressing 260 lbs....1 time....with a seriously large amount of effort being used...

For some reason I'm reminded of an anthropology professor explaining evolution by saying that if a group of Chihuahuas were split off onto an island with predators by an earth-quake that they may grow in size to be lion-like and grow manes.

I still think that a plot based around humans discovering such an island would make for an awesome B horror movie.
