My 3 week long cold finally let up enough to go to the gym today, and I am pleased that I can stilll pull stuff at full capacity. Did a back workout, and none of my numbers went down.

Had to move my sister's ancient ass rear projection tv out of her apartment today. 50inch monster, I had to remove her back door to get it out of her apartment, which is a basement apartment, so I also had to carry the 250 lb monstrosity up the steps.

It waa harder to bring it in the house than carry it out.

Precision, patience, and a steady hand --- NONE of theses are something I have. 

I can try, but it may be like a tattoo-sketch, with lines going every which way and vaguely looking like a thing you wanted.  I admire tat artists for basically getting something done in one, basically, "good copy". o_o

Went game shopping today.

Went out to Grandview and picked up a copy of The Divide: Enemies Within, which i a good example of how low-res, slightly warped texturing can have a really unnerving atmospheric effect.

Dick arond in the rest of grandview for awhile, found some village called Marble Cliffs, cut through it and ended up on Dublin-Grandville Road, got back to Grandview from there, ate at Qdoba for lunch, attempt to get to the HPB on Lane Ave., discover a Nanotech Lab (WTF?), discover some farms, find HPB, pick up a copy of Forsaken for the PSX, head home.

Watching an episode of TBS's "The King of the Nerds"...when did being a nerd consist of just being a brainiac or a hipster? These people aren't nerds, they're barely even passable as uncommon to the norm. So what you like video games and computers? Most of america's younger generation likes them too.

It's sad times when you call yourself a nerd to seem impressive.
