Went for a walk shortly after I made that post.

Guess I've been walking for the past eight hours.

It was pretty warm out. Gonna drink like thirty gatorades.

And listen till Bowie to I have a better day of what idea it is.

Last day at old office was yesterday. Employees bought me a huge cake, to say the least I am now sick of cake. A couple of my subordinates were visibly upset. I must admit it really made me feel good to know I was cared for and then my boss sat me down and told me he hated to lose me and if I ever needed anything to let him know, nice feeling. Now for a week off playing games and being worthless!

and I just noticed I am ignored by one member...does that mean I have arrived here, lol, seriously...wtf, lol, oh well, many more things in life to worry about.

Dice- I like the term "coochie sponge."  I might start using it; hopefully people won't confuse it for the contraceptive sponge from back in the day.

Akanbe- Damn dude, I didn't realize folks were keeping track.

Haha, it's not like that but I knew it would seem that way.  I was just like... I think I read that before.  So I searched and those came up.  Those words don't exactly pop up too often round here so it just took a second ^_^;;

I think I'm getting sick.  More or less annoyed by the fact that the person I got sick from didn't stay home when they were sick.  They were under zero obligation to come and didn't need to at all but did anyway (they coming did not help or change anything either).  ffs

Definitely the canned bread.  I tried that stuff once and it was awful.

Gym today, chest stuff (cuz no one cares about other areas except legs, right?). Benchpress was no increase in weight, but I did a larger amount of reps. 260 twice unassisted, 3 times with a spotter. Pretty solid, but my big move was incline bench press, which is naturally more difficult, and I did it after 2 other workouts. 225 3 times with no spot....I was pleased. I also wanted to make up for a poor week last week and tried doing some shoulder work, until I noticed a guy doing deadlifts. I had the crazy notion to try some clean and jerk. For those uninitiated btw, clean and jerk is basically a deadlift that rides into a military press. Now, I have mentioned this before, but I weigh 380 pounds. This, my friends, is a FUCKTON of fattiness, so any exerciser that encompasses me starting from a crouched position to a standing, like squats or deadlifts, is natively more difficult, so I only set up 145 lbs for the exercise. My first set was 5 reps and I was winded, 3 minutes later another 5 reps...then 3...then 2...last one I could barely even lift it over my head. Probably would have been better to not have done a full workout BEFORE doing Olympic style weight lifting, but hey, I'm tired and not broken, so I guess it's okay.

A funny note, I walked off to a small room for classes, and tried to level out with some pushups. I had placed my hands on the floor and took up a pushup position....and promptly fell down 3 seconds later. Before anyone says HAHA fatty, before I started working out I could successfully do 20 pushups with some effort. Basically, my chest was completely fatigued and I found it funny that I couldn't even hold myself up.

Nice, sony's tvs are still fairly solid. You wall mounting it, or leaving it on a stand?

Btw, as an installer, a suggestion for preferred viewing. Sit down where you plan on using it the most and make sure you sit regularly, as you would normally. Measure where your eyes start from the floor, and using that height you want to place the tv's bottom third at that level. So if you're seated so your eyes are 3 feet off the floor, and your tv's height is 3 feet high, you'd want the botton of the tv to start at 2 feet. I'm just using those numbers for ease of explanation, the actual numbers will be very different. It's supposed to give you the most comfortable viewing angle possible and allow you a full field of vision.

I rent my apartment and the wall is painted. I'm just going to leave it on the stand so I don't have to deal with patching a bunch of holes and painting a wall in a year or two when I move. That's some solid advice though.
