Even here, when I write about it here, I know most of you don't really give a damn, and I'm honestly just stroking my own ego, but I can't stop doing it anyway. I feel a need to talk about it, but know I shouldn't really. Basically, I'm sorry for always bragging about my feats, especially if it comes off as bragging. I'll try to cut back on it some...

Dude in terms of posting stuff that nobody cares about, you're never going to beat me :P
Well, I always pegged your ramblings as simply humorous anecdotes more or less, a joke about real events. Plus, you're random about what you write, so it always comes off as something new. My shit's getting tires, I feel.

A lot of posts by a lot of people get ignored.  If I had it my way, everyone here would see and join in how much I love watching New Girl, Attack on Titan, and come around to playing Star Ocean 4 (read: for its battle system).

I just ran my first 5K this morning. My time was 27m 51sec, 22nd overall out of 57 runners. Considering this was my first 5K and I didn't really do any special training beyond my normal workout routines, I'd say I did alright.

Congrats Din!!  That's amazing!  I have like -30 points on the vitality scale, I probably would have come to a slow stop, cursed, then walked the rest into last place.  Amazing what you were able to do. :)
Gonna keep it up and add jogging to the list of accomplishments? :O

There is abso-freakin'-lutely nothing wrong with posting meaningless crap or stroking our egos. Hell, if we don't do the stoking who will!??

On that note I love D's "log of strength"... I do my anaerobic training vicariously through his posts-LoL

And Mesh, you make me feel like "I'm not the only one" with a great deal of your "ramblings". Ramble on my friend.

And lastly here is my contribution to the meaningless and unimportant
This was really fun to get to do even though I am not a batman fan by any means.

Your too kind Dice. Thank you.

In truth I'm just so OCD with my tattoo work I pour that effort into everything.

Case and point, here is what happens when someone comes to me for something "simple and small" like two bows (well it started out simple and small, I swear!!)

Contact lens wearers: After you take a nap with them in do you feel like you exist outside of time and space when you wake up?

Man, those tattoos are gonna look horrible if/when that girl gets pregnant. Or old.

No offense, Klyde. That's amazing work.

Thanks!  My new goal is that the next 5K I do, I want to break 24 minutes.  Okay, a side goal would be to snag a date, or at least a number, of a hot female runner.  Sadly, I was unsuccessful on that front today.

I don't wear contacts, but I feel this way after every nap.

I feel hot and sick.
That might be because the only times I ever nap is when I *AM* sick, and after pulling a 23-hour+ waking day without sleep.

Heh, that's probably the kind of stuff she'd tell me if I asked her about the worst pickup line she's heard.  Those and definitely some choice lines about how her butt looks in running tights.
