I swear I've seen you say that before.

Why can't Mozilla get a Firefox update right? Version 21 had rendering issues, now it's DPI weirdness. I think they are secretly trying to drive people away. Maybe I should check out Chrome...

Good lord.

I accepted a teaching job which seems decent.

Then I got an interview for an amazing job teaching adults for next week.

Then today I got an interview for next week for a public school which has sweet working hours.

When it rains it pours.
I avoid online multiplayer because my brain still works.

I don't wanna quote Kevadu's earlier reply, but that didn't sound too bad honestly. Unless during the drinking you began discussing the legitimacy of large battle mechs and ki projection and manipulation...in which case then it sounds awesome.

Never said it wasn't a good time, just really tiring.  I had a 8am flight on Wednesday which meant I had to leave my place at like 5:40am, then had to run around getting to my hotel, acquiring provisions (bottled water is essential), then wait in line for hours to get my badge...then came the board games and drinking which kept me up late after doing all that.

It's all fun, but sometimes I wonder if I'm getting too old for this shit.  I've been going to cons regularly for over a decade (I go to like 2 or 3 a year) and it does wear me out...

The lines have been crazy so far, but fortunately I brought Cards Against Humanity with me to bust out and play with random people in line.  It's a great way to pass the time ;)

I don't think I understood the concept of watermelon when I was younger.

Dude someone should make a melon noodler so I can make dessert pasta.

--- edit ---

I'm trying to draw but I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas and seeing how the shapes come together 'cause all the background noise in my mind won't shut up, so maybe I should do something with this. Draw something in a geometry more non-configurational.

Killer drawing.  I agree that oglop Cid is a great touch and Mog reading a book from Daguerro Library is adorable.
