If there's anything you should spend good money on is pillows. I just bought two expensive ones and tried them out in an inaugural nap...

For realzies.  I used not to care until I found some $20 one at Sam's Club and gave it a whirl.  I doubt I could comfortably sleep on anything else now.  I think it's one of those tempurpedic ones or somthing.  It's firm, but has a nice give to it.  So amazing.

Pillows and bedding in general should never be skimped out on. Quality of sleep directly correlates with quality of life IMO...

Thanks again for the advice on the pics! I was going with the 1st pic for here and facebook on account of your votes and the fact that the lower clarity of photo 2 bothers me... however I am now going to switch back to my photon ava on here because I  can't stand having to look at myself.

AHHH! Annubis you totally just scored mondo points with me! I love what you did to improve the aesthetic of my face.

Sadly I already used the first and ran my little facebook contest before this post went up.

It astounds me how, when motivated, people can become pretty resourceful and hasty. The chick who wanted to win knew nothing of anime and figured out the answer to my little image riddle within minutes. Maybe I just suck at making contests... Maybe google just made my contest suck... I don't know which...

Yeah, that's my fucking absolute best right now. Very excited by this. I also did a "First to 100" run with a few buddies. 135 lb bench press, as many reps as you can do in a set until you hit 100. I managed it in 6 sets, 20-17-16-15-16-15+1...cuz I lagged on the last rep and held the bar for 10 seconds then basically dropped the bar on my chest and shoved as hard as possible.

Easily my greatest chest workout ever.

I do in fact stretch and do calisthenics in the form of push ups sit ups and assisted pull ups and dips, as well as maintain a constant pace in order to keep my heart rate elevated. Core exercises are less often, but more at least once a week. So I don't waste my time and energy doing something that offers me little results right now, big deal. I burn more calories lifting weights in rapid sets then the average bum.
