Also fuck wisdom teeth.

Oh and Akanbe?  I had to have seven wisdom teeth removed some years ago.  I feel your pain. :(

7?? I know the numbers vary, but you can have 7? Yikes, man. I thought 4 at a time was bad enough...

Thankfully, the healing process is just a few weeks (although, the threat of dry socket is a bit intimidating). In the experience of my wife and myself, it's the results of the surgeon stretching the shit out of your jaw that is the worst part. Mine has never been the same since...

SEVEN?  Dafaq.  I thought there were 4, max.  Either way holy crap that sucks.  I still have mine, but my lower left hurts and is affecting my ability to eat.  I don't know if it's infected or just shifting, but it would be lovely if it stopped hurting soon.

I tried salt water last night but didn't get much effect.  Might try it again tonight with the help of a turkey baster.

Apparently someone put in a resume at work and in the header the email address she listed was something like cockmuncher319@something.com.  They thought it was a joke, but after looking at her facebook page, it appears to be very real.  I can't believe someone could be that stupid.

Also fuck wisdom teeth.

Also grats on finding someone special Alisha.  I hope it works out for you.

That reminds me that my personal e-mail reads "[myname]i'm so cool"". I haven't been bothered to change it, and fortunately it's in a relatively obscure language, so I'm good so far, at least in US. :P

Doesn't stop my friends from laughing at me whenever they see the mail though.

Why not?

I have imjustmakingthisup(A T)hotmail(d o t)com

When was it mandated that a personal email had to be completely serious?
That's why they invented work emails AFAIK

One of my emails is wuggyboobeaufuf
I don't use it for work applications.

Speaking of which, I'm trying to decide what exactly I'm going to do in the future....and it's hard.

Additionally, I apparently don't have any wisdom teeth. I appear to be more highly evolved. At least that's what I was told by the orthodontist when I had braces.

In a faraway and more innocent time I was a huge fan of A Perfect Circle and fancied myself a..."jerk."

I couldn't think of anything except "Circlejerk" and didn't even think about the more lewd meaning that everyone would assume is what I meant. When I turned that in once for a class my professor looked at me funny and I went "OHHHHHHH"

I gave him a new email the next day

Yeah, you can have more than four wisdom teeth.  The guy that I went to said that the max he'd ever seen was thirteen. :(

Evidently fat shaming is "bullying or mocking fat people under the guise of helping them" or something.

...that actually sounds kind of familiar.

Actually it sounds pretty commonplace.

There used to be a guy on TV here who essentially bullied fat people, ground up their self-esteem, put them through some program and viola! Thin person at the end. Emotionally broken, believing that they are less of a person if they are fat, but hey, thin!

I think the majority of people just prefer the "Why won't they let me help them" routine. The one that makes them feel like a good person while still being able to harshly judge the group they are bigoted against.

It's amazing how quickly time flies. It feels like I just busted my foot, and now it's already been 8 weeks, and I'm back on my feet. I'm a little wobbly, and the foot can still be painful on occasion, but no more walking boot or any other assistance. I have to keep everything "low impact" for a while, though. That's generally how I live, so that's not hard.
I need a vacation bad. WE, as in my family, need a vacation bad. We thought about it for the Summer, but never did any real planning. Then I broke my stupid foot, and that was the end of that. Hopefully, in the Fall we can do a weekend thing somewhere. I'd love to go hiking down in Starve Rock or something. Such a beautiful place.

I'm super glad you are back on your feet, Grim. :D

Hopefully the garden didn't suffer too much.

Thanks!
The garden is no worse for wear, and looks pretty darn good right now. I hobbled and wobbled out there as much as I could, in an effort to simply DO something. The first two weeks were the worst due to the crutches.
Fortunately, I have a great kid who helped with the watering, and was willing to do whatever else I asked of him.
