Yes Happy Thanksgiving to my friends up north. Why we're waiting to almost XMAS is beyond me

I was going to ask this in the Pokemon thread but I didn't want to troll it up:

How come there're two version of that game everytime? What are the differences?

There are different exclusive Pokemon in each version, the tradition was started in Red and Blue because they wanted to encourage kids to trade with their friends and make it a social thing.

Yeah, it had nothing to do with marketing, or getting people to buy multiple versions, AT ALL. Because I imagine there are people who buy both versions, am I right? My son only asks for the one with the cooler looking pokemon. We don't have a 3DS, so no X or Y for him. Personally, I'll never understand the whole pokemon thing, but whatever floats you're boat.
Going to see Gravity today. EXCITED.

Eh, if you want to be cynical, I don't think you can rule it out.

I really don't think it started that way, though. Perhaps nowadays they continue it because they know some fanatics will buy both versions, but the majority of people buy one or the other. Back when the original games came out, I don't think they knew it would become the phenomenon it is today and it was for the reasons I stated.

I was thinking of picking it up because it looks like the ultimate game you can play while watching a movie or something

When I'm home at my parents, I use a soup bowl as my tea cup. I usually end up taking half the pot in one cup and it annoys my mother to no end.

Delicious AND fun. :D
I avoid online multiplayer because my brain still works.

I've been drinking an excessive amount of tea with lemon. We have lemon ginger stuff at home, and as much as I REALLY don't care for Tim Horton's, their honey lemon tea is good.

Why? It's the best tea for a sore throat, more or less.

Whenever I see comments on the internet like "I have never had a girlfriend before but I would treat her so good, and cherish her always", I feel emotions halfway between "aww, isn't that naive" and "your lack of self awareness upsets me."
