Day 2 of Hangout Fest.  Got a late start and missed 3 blocks of acts.  The first act we saw was The Electric Suns.  I had never heard of them previously but I liked all of their songs;  they made your body want to move.  Amos Lee made you want to chill out and groove to slow jams.  I tried to see Moon Taxi but the stage was small and audience space was limited so they wouldn't let people in.  So we went to stake a place at the Modest Mouse concert.  I didn't fall asleep this time unlike the first time I saw them.   It was a good show.  Got out of it late and couldn't get close enough to Fitz and the Tantrums.  Audio for them kept going back and forth between being good and being muffled.  So then went to checkout a few songs of The Flaming Lips.  Saw the whole set of The Killers.  By audience reaction, I think everyone (me included) preferred songs from their first album Hot Fuss.  Of course Mr. Brightside was the last song played.  Then I caught a few songs from Pretty Lights.  You could feel the bass.  Fun second day.

Oh funny thing that before this festival I never knew what weed smelled like.  Apparently it smells like skunk.  There is weed everywhere here and by the look of some people, other drugs as well.

Some people call it piff, some people call it weed
Some people call it dank, some people just call it trees
Some people call it bud, some people call it skunk
Some people call it, "Sir can you open up the trunk?"

Has anyone here played the ME trilogy on PS3?

I was wondering how ME1 ran on it. I've been itching to play that series again

I played through the entire series on PS3 and the first two on X360. I noticed no difference in ME1. They both had bad loading times and graphical pop-ins during cutscenes. The game played fine. ME2 has a glitch that happens when you enter the final area that freezes the system, but you can get around it. Had no problems in ME3.

Local book/movie/game store has incredible deals, unfortunately you almost have to go ever day to catch them, today they had Tales of Destiny II for $120.00 oh the temptation, lol. Decided not to, barely, did pick up GT6 for $35 though, so I can race while on vacation, when the fish aren't biting that is.

Bytor, you can get Tales of Eternia on PSP from Europe for like 30 dollars. Tales of Eternia = Tales of Destiny 2

True story: when I visited the UK three years ago I picked up Tales of Eternia, Breath of Fire III, and a "Mega Drive" Collection on PSP.  PSPs are region-free.  Good times.

Honestly, get ToE for PSP.  It's one of my favorite titles, tons of charm, cool dungeons.

I did get the BoFIII on PSP a while back.  I then gave it to my friend when I remembered the second half of the game had annoying dungeons, but I kinda regret it now.

There was an actual Tales of Destiny 2 that WASN'T ToE, but we don't talk about that part of town.
