Alundra I might pick up since I've never played it. AtL I'm going to wait and see if at least AtL II comes out before picking up the original. Here's hoping neither title fall pray to Sony's negligence when it comes to bug-testing PSN titles. XP

Given that they're dirt cheap and available on 2 platforms, 20k doesn't seem out of the question.

Alundra's totally worth it. Arc the Lad 1 less so, but at $6, I'll probably bite anyway, if only to get the save to unlock the hidden character in Arc 2 (which Vic said they're hoping to get out in about a month or so).

I played Alundra briefly back when it came out. I don't remember why, but it didn't work for me.
I've always wanted to play the Arc games. Hmmm...

I played the opening of Alundra at my cousin's house way back in the day. I got bored by it and switched to playing something else. Over the past who knows how many years I have been wanting to go back and give it another shot. My cousin really liked the game and I think he has great taste so there's got to be something I'm missing. I'll definitely be downloading it.

I just bought the strategy guide on eBay (The Official Guide from Working Designs, not that mess from PRIMA Games.)  Anyways, it was brand new, still in the cellophane for $19.99.  I wonder if I should buy the physical copy, which will set me back about $30-40, or buy it from the PSN store for $5.99?

I've never played Alundra, but I've seen a friend play it.  Looked okay, but everybody seems to love it.  How can you guys not like Arc the Lad 1 for 6$?!  That game is awesome, I was just thinking about it today.  It's only like 10 hours long, but the battle system and the storyline are decent enough to keep you playing.  If you really enjoy it you can do the optional 100 level dungeon to get a bonus character.  I bought the Arc the Lad collection long ago whenever it came out, but I only ever beat the first.  Got bored with the 2nd and never touched the 3rd.  Sounds like the Xenosaga series.  Ö
