I was just wondering if I could play the PSP games I download from my PS3's PSN Store account on my PS3 or do I have to upload it to a mem stick and play it on my PSP?

Upload it, we probably wouldn't be seeing half as much whining about hot handheld titles like MGS:Peace Walker not being for PS3 if you could emulate the PSP instead.
