Former Prime Minister wants Japanese youth to drink cute booze.

This is the first time I know about a Japanese Catholic that speaks Portuguese and enjoys Rozen Maiden among others things... I wonder how he can sleep at night.

He is so cool.

Can we adopt him as OUR Prime Minister?

He's fucking lived man.

EDIT: I may regret saying that if he was some sort of tyrant and hence the such a short term.

I know nothing of this man. Carry on.

In spite of what politicians do preach about the alcohol-accidents correlation these days, they're not exactly enforcing prohibition. This guy is cool and all but the whole 'drink more beer' thing doesn't impress me. Leaders probably do want people to drink more beer, it helps keep the population happy. Kinda. :P

So in business class they teach is to respect other foreign [markets] traditions...

I think we JRPGfan forumers are accustomed do the saturated stylings of the Japanese... Imagine the rest of the populace who see this new marketing.

THe guy has had a pretty fruitful life though.

Don't see how this is any different from stupid American ads that have boxom women in them that have nothing to do with the product.

I also like to point out that personal hobbies really shouldn't have anything to do with your leadership skills, but we take that into consideration more than we like to admit when we choose government officials in the US. I would- dare I- say it's better the way Japan doesn't seem to give a shit...though to be fair, a certain President around here hasn't been ridiculed for liking comic books.

Oh yeah, didn't notice this:

EDIT: I may regret saying that if he was some sort of tyrant and hence the such a short term.

Japan goes through Prime Ministers like someone with a cold goes through tissues. Don't think much of it unless you're going to look at the Japanese political system on a whole.
