What the hell is this? I've happened on some videos of awesome things people have built, like the structure of the USS Enterprise D.

Any of you play it? Addicting?

Personally, no I don't know what it is about beyond what Google told me.

I've seen Mesh mention it a few times though.

I just watched a tutorial vid on youtube. Premise seems pretty interesting. You have to get stuff from the environment and combine it in a certain way to make tools, clothes, etc.

Then at night, bad dudes attack

It's pretty neat.  Just keep wikipedia open for recipes.  You'll never figure out how to play it on your own.

Playing this.  Love it, and love the ideas that could potentially become reality in the future.

At work.

Private server.

10 work friends playing during lunch, making amazing shit.

Good times.

I played it and loved it. I'm a big fan of building games, and the adventure mode is just another layer of awesome. It's only like 15$ USD, and the developer seems to be really putting out those updates frequently. I'm taking it easy though since it's only in Alpha. If the developer keeps updating and supporting his game like he has so far, this game is going to be immensely in depth and great when it's done.
It's at least worth a play, I think there is a free mode.

I'm anxiously waiting for the complete version of this game. Can't wait to create my version of Orzammer and the Deep Roads. Get those creative juices flowing!

I think you'll be waiting for a long, long time.  The game is always being updated too, so there isn't really a final product to wait for.

Just get in there and make stuff, you can do so much even at this stage.  Plus the price will go up soon too.

Yeah, I guess I should play again. If you buy the game during Alpha(now) you get all future updates of the game for free, even after the price goes up.
So I urge people to just buy the game now if you are even remotely interested in it, since you will be saving yourself like 15$ in the long run.

That's exactly what I did and I play 20-30 minutes a day on and off.

It's exciting to see what updates are coming too.  Just don't go overboard and play all day everyday - you don't want to burn out before the game reaches a final stage.

This is a game I don't have the dedication to play but the things people do in this are downright amazing.

That kind of stuff is taking it to the extreme, but everyone enjoys different things I guess. Personally, when I play I usually just expand my village piece by piece. Nothing too major, a house here, a guard tower there. Notch mentioned that he wanted to eventually have NPCs or goblins or something that have their own villages. Imagine having NPCs walk in and around you creations, man the game has a lot of potential.

The next patch is going to bring the game to Beta if I read it correctly, should be interesting.

Man, the music of this game is excellent. It's great for throwing a little of stress and let the mind relax a little.

Someone knows who's the composer?
