I've never seen these before. What exactly is an endurance run? The opposite of a speed run?

Basically an endurance run is where you start playing a game and only stop if you are unable to play anymore (i.e. finish the game, lose power, or in their case, run the risk of the battery in an original SNES copy of the game going dead, which apparently their shelf life is 15 years)

As long as they don't shut if off then the battery don't mean jack.

Chrono Trigger endurance runs aren't that hard. I've played it so much I can complete the game (as in, all sidequests and stuff finished) in ten or eleven hours. One day is all it takes.
