Thanks Azrael. ;) I was aware though that Alisha is a lesbian, I was just teasing her about beating around the bush (haha) with it.
I know, but I'm straight. We don't beat around the bush.

Ha.
I may not be a lesbian or bi, but I still think Dice is awesome.
Oh, and being Canadian helps. ;)

I have no idea what's happened the last few posts.
First things first, sarcastic or not, thank you, I am awesome. =D
Second. Canada is awesome. We have beavers on our coins, we apparently say "aboot" rather than "about", we drizzle maple syrup on all things tasty, and our minorities are mostly south and east asian (Indians, WHY would you leave your WARM country?!?!), and in relation to that, we have cold winters. But snow is very pretty and fun to jump around in. I am a sane 22 year old who still goes to play in it. Shovelling it sucks.
Third. I'm hungry and working on a project, this post is taking my mind off it and refreshing me.

getting home by 7pm would still give you time to chill with friends at the very least on weekends. i get home between 11:30pm-12:00pm by then just about everything except the internet and the neighborhood wallgreens is closed D: i'm not complaining per se since i dont do mornings i sleep in the morning :D
Sorry, I didn't mean to sound over-complain-y. I know many people do worse. I hated it just because I was working 7 days a week and I just hated being tired all the time. Like I said above, Canadian winters can be brutal, and it *especially* was the one Winter [essentially, I worked the coldest months of the year, then my contract was up], I hated the elements I had to deal with.
Aaah, sleep in.... my last week of class and it's all I think about. I hate when I'm so used to getting up for school, my first day off usually has me getting up because my body is "set to that time". =(

Oh my god. We do too! (Scottish people)
Even MOAR of a relation between Scotland and Canada is the line "There's a moose loose aboot this hoose". And Canada is famous for there meeses. Although a moose in Scotland is a mouse.
A moose running around your house would be pretty epic though.

Oh God yes. It just fucking snowed in Victoria and Toronto hasn't even seen any yet (so says my friend). Like.. really?
On the other hand, we on the raincoast are pretty much pussies when it comes to snow, so my scheduled lab time got canceled. It's amusing since I grew up in Calgary, but irritating at the same time seeing how these cities basically shut down for like 2 cm of snow. (Well, more like 5-10. But whatever.)

Yeah..I already slept in and missed a lecture. One week left, and labs almost done. I am sick of laboratories of all kinds.

I've visited Canada a few times (have family there) and I'm currently in Scotland. I can vouch for this. It has taken me a while to understand certain people of Scottish and Canadian origin. :P
Scots and Canadians are possibly the most friendly nationalities I've come across, too. So thumbs up to Dice for good topics
and
a pretty cool country. God I could go for some maple syrup right now.

I do too, but sometimes it sounds like 'aboat'....
I've never actually heard it as 'aboot' in serious conversation =P

I like being with the person, but online communication is more common with most people these days. Also, i'm very introverted.
Nothing beats actually being with the person.

I've got a pretty heavy Chicago accent. We also like to use unnecessary prepositions here a lot.
Instead of "where is your coat?" it has to be "where is your coat at?"

Augh! I hate it when people end their sentences that way.
"Where you driving at?"
"Which restaurant will we be eating at?"
Damn Chicagoans...

Also was at the crazy fucking parade downtown

Check about 3 min in. We were about 200' or so from the stage.
This vid shows the stage area.
We were around that vid screen that pops up
