I have a new computer that comes with Norton Internet Security preinstalled, and t keeps blocking AIM Triton. I have the progam updated and AIM set on "Permit All," with all AIM ports unblocked, but whenever Norton Internet Security is enabled, AIM is blocked. Anyone have any solutions to this?

I had the same problem when Norton decided to randomly block Firefox.

I never could solve it. I just ended up turning off the firewall entirely and using the one that came with my router (later on I used the firewall that came with SP2).

IMO Norton is one of the worst AV's out there (so i'm figuring their security suite would be the same). I have Nod32 but I hear F Secure is just as good. Just thought i'd add something :)
