I only mentioned the Rockstar games lawsuit because it is an example of another type of likeness being used. Basically, this rapper is suing them because he looks like the main character. If Square Enix were as petty as Cypress Hill's singer, would they have a case? Are melodies more quantifiable than appearances? Is there such a thing as 'musical likeness'?
