Who remembers seeing shitty game ads in magazines years ago? Scott Sharkey of 1up's done two features covering them, the Best Worst Ads, and the Bestest Worser Ads. It's amusing to see them again and just how god awful they truly were. :P

I mean I'm a fan of Megaman and all, but wow, that is one terrible add. The only thing Megaman 4 did differently was add the charge shot. I can hardly believe it says "Like Nothing Before."

I'll never forgive the slogan for EarthBound - "This game stinks!". The fuck does that have to do with the game itself? I get the intention - they threw in some pictures that gave off various aromas, but still...COME ON.

Wow... good point. I'm ashamed to say I actually kinda remember seeing alot of those ads. Luckily, I wasnt an adult then or I think I would have destroyed all of my consoles and become obesessed with sports like the entire rest of my family. Somehow I think I would have been better off.
