Best Title or Opening Themes

It's amazing what a single piece of music can do. What it can make you feel. It can get you pumped for what's to come. Or make you not want to press start!
Having just finished Uncharted 2, I can't get the wonderful title theme out of my head. It's freaking fantastic!

I remember( and this is WAY back) liking Cosmic Fantasy 2's title music so much that I would sit there and listen to it over and over again.

Some of my favorites are "Went Away" by KOTOKO that opens Hourglass of Summer, "Depend on You" by Ayumi Hamasaki that opens Thousand Arms, and "For Tomorrow's Weather" from Memories Off: 2nd.

Damn, that Civ 4 music is awesome. I agree with Yoda, though. It totally sounds like something out of The Lion King. The movie OR the Play. I also own a cd put out by Lebo M called Rhythm of the Pride Lands which is filled with(great!) music that sounds just like that.

It's got a nice rhythm...but it's just not my thing.

And I'm not some badass that only listens to slayer or something, I like a lot of stuff.

To each his own, I suppose. While I like this kind of stuff, I don't listen to it on a daily basis or anything. Plus, I like the lyrics in that song. Might have something to do with my mother dying around the time I heard it.

I'm a big fan of chorus mixed in with orchestra and all that. I like my music BIG and epic. Hence my fondness for songs like the Uncharted and MGS ones.
