I'm stoked.  I was probably the only person who loved the soundtrack of Madworld, so I'm probably the only person who is glad to hear that style of music returning.

I also happen to like multiplayer modes in my games, thank you very much.

Also, check the booty on that blonde chick in the screenshots, damn!

Bumping just to remind everyone that this is coming in January 2013 for $30. The game wasn't released this year in America because of some problems with Sega, or something.

Why would it be $30?  I've grudgingly paid $60 for games that I was barely curious enough about, but this was one I'd have happily given $60 for.

I hope it's because fans like me are in the minority, and not because the game itself is thin.

Oh, and I've had this preordered since it was called "Max Anarchy".  I'm good with the guys at Gamestop, so if there are any technical difficulties, they'll generate my Bayonetta unlock code (they've done similar tricks for me before, like when I lost my GW2 beta weekend key... cost me a preorder for Ragnarok Odyssey, but luckily that game turned out awesome--I digress)

Probably because Platinum games haven't done too great with Sega and they just want to get this one out and fulfill their obligations without pissing off fans... and possibly to get a lot more of them immediately. Honestly, the only Platinum game I'll get at full price will be Metal Gear Rising because the demo blew me away, I pre-ordered MadWorld at $40 (which is ahead of 90% or more of the people who bought it admittedly), got Bayonetta for $13, and Vanquish for $20. Will be getting this at launch simply because it IS $30, otherwise I'd wait on this too.

I guess you're right.  I actually payed similar prices to those games myself, but I loved them so much that I was ready for this at $60... but yeah, that sounds perfectly reasonable.  I hope that's all it is.
