Watching season 7 of X-Files on Netflix and It has a few memorable episodes for sure.  Watched 'First Person Shooter" in particular just for the late 90's take on gaming culture.  I laughed out loud at a few parts.

Watching thr Legend of Korra right now, is it just me or is this show taking place in 1950's new york?

I watched it too, and I think it's fantastic to see a sequel that is set further ahead in the future (def looks more 1930-40's-ish though...or some weird fusion of the lot).  I didn't see much of the first series, except when channel surfing -- but by god, I loved the production quality for this one!!!  Gorgeous!  And Korra is a great lead (I love her slightly musculature stature, a bold design move, and def works with her personality).  I think I'll keep watching this... is the first series worth a shot though?  I was kinda mixed with what I watched before.

The music reminds of Journey if it took place slightly more ...eastward. :D

I'll admit it, I too watched Avatar: The Next Airbender, though I felt like I was watching the set up to a show set entirely in pre-Sin invasion Zanarken instead.

Also Aang, dude, what the fuck? (At least you only took one episode to sense the protagonism within your daughter, plus you do rock the beard well enough.)

Watched a bunch of Adventure Time this past weekend, and I'm 100% convinced Lumpy Space Princess and I are soulmates.

Legend of Korra: showed off some of the "Big Bad" and him as a threat.  Also, some love interest got pushed.  I like the red panda and the love the series has of fusing two animals together for one (platupus bears are fantastic).

30 Rock: last few weeks have been good.  Good laughs all around -- but this show is too...zany for me sometimes.

The Office: kill it, already.  It's just no good no more.  I'm not even one of "those" people who say things like this, but the quality has seriously dipped, and everyone knows it.

Vampire Diaries: "the originals" plot has been cool, but lead actress' inability to decide her feelings makes me wanna slap her.  Yeah... YEAH, MUST BE NICE NOT BEING ABLE TO PICK HOT BROTHER #1 OR HOT BROTHER #2!!! >=/

Ugly Americans: oh god, this show is so vulgar and gross lately all the time, I love it.

Community: latest episode was pretty damn good, loved them just kinda playing "pretend". x)

South Park: could have been way better given how they were spoofing those paranormal-like "documentaries".  Interesting to see the live action bit though.  x)

Saw the new Young Justice this morning. For a superhero cartoon, shit is getting pretty deep. Vandal Savage taking over the watchtower and then walking away without a fight? This guy has balls.

Also watched the new thundercats this morning, and it's like I said. All back story this season, they just did the thunderkittens, and sad story was sad, though not as compelling as Tygra's. When I think of the original and how everything was always about Lion-o, I get so impressed at how this new series is playing out. So familiar, but so much better.

Young Justice is fucking awesome for the traitor reveal. A lot of mysteries are solved but so many new ones pop up that I can't wait for the next episode.

Also, Thundercats has far surpassed the 80s cartoon. Lion-o used to be the Idiot Hero who basically just bludgeoned through everything, the new Lion-o knows how to use tactics and shit.

I watched The Guild over the weekend since I had never seen it before. It was pretty good overall. Had a few laugh out loud moments.

More importantly, where's kid flash and aqualad? Also, lol nightwing is still a kid. That being said, I like the jump in time. Batgirl and wondergirl were cool additions, blue beetle and beast boy were meh, and the other guys were just wtf stuff.

I sad faced when superboy and miss martian were no longer together. I kinda liked the couple they made, neithet being human and so naive to everything around them. I hope they jump vack to show what happened.

There's some reverse storytelling to be done and while I've got some reservations, like
Code:
how someone supposedly died in the skip and with a new water guy I worry it was Blaqualad
, I'm willing to wait and see where things go before passing final judgment.

And one shot 'Hey guys, I'm from the future!' eps aside it's cool to see a cartoon Robin actually go Nightwing.

Regarding Kid Flash, now that Dick is Nightwing I wouldn't be surprised if Wally is now the new Flash.
