for those that like adult swim randomness, check out Eagleheart. Chris Elliot's spoof on a Walker Texas Ranger thing. Absolutely awesome.

It's sort of hit or miss for me. I think Chris Elliot is awesome and all, but sometimes it's a little boring. Though I will say outright I love the red headed chick.

Korra thoughts.
Saw it coming, but liked the technicality that Amon could only take the elements Korra knew how to use.
Liked Amon's backstory.
Liked the end for Tarkok and Amon. Got to wonder how the hell they managed to pull that off on nick though. Implied death is one thing, but that was a pretty blatant murder/suicide.
I'll agree on how it was too easy for Korra to get back her powers just like that. And also for the brief time she didn't have them..she seemed way to bummed out when it really seemed like a situation where she should be relieved how easy she got off. Air still gets the job done if there's more badguys that need bonked(And it gives you some pretty sweet travel options for everyday life). And you still get to be unique because there's only four other people who can do it.
And while it was pretty inevitable Korra would get her powers back, the problem being more that they rushed it, she didn't need to be able to give other back their bending. Lin should have stayed depowered.

I wouldn't have minded the bending restoring in like season 3 or something, but this was too fast. I mean, in the original aang only knew airbending, and learned the rest along the way. Not saying this series should have been the same, but they could have elaborated a bit using her depowered form as a way to reintroduce the elements. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed the episode, it's just stuff I think would have given Korra more meat for upcoming seasons. Now, they have to essentially re-reinvent the wheel. Where do they go from here? It's a bit risky if you ask me, unless the writers have this all planned out already...in which case touche.
Also, technically now there is a fifth native air bender...probably (cough* rohan). It's also not mentioned if Bhumi can bend air or water, though I'd bet safely it's one or the other.

Yeah -- the show is really suffering from how rushed it is. You never got a chance to really sit in with how hard it would hit an *avatar* to lose her bending (it came back no more than five minutes later!). And she technically got it back in a fan-service moment because she was sad. D:
An event that major I think would sit better and more strongly if she lost it at least for a full episode. Her being able to reverse seal felt entirely too convenient and I felt that the Benders vs. Non-Benders theme got dropped all too swiftly and without any real resolution for such a major plot point.
I didn't feel that Dante Brasco really fit the role or did too much, but it was good to see the Fire Bending monarch's lineage living on in General Iroh.
It was a good episode, but certainly lacked the punch at the end in everything but that final "glowing" moment for Korra when everything for her got back to normal. But, and I think most of all, major kudos to Tarlok. And also, I'm actually kinda glad Korra didn't need an Avatar state to finish her battle over Amon. Definitely nice to have it saved for the "next threat".
I can only wonder what the next season will bring up (and pray on some huge ass miracle they extend it to 24 episodes...but...well, one can dream).
PS: Did Iroh abandon his fleet?

My final Korra thought is that if Asami decides to kill everyone next season she has my support.

I'm still traumatized that she wasn't Amon. It would have been perfect. I kind of hope Raze's desires come true. Asami in murderous bitch mode for Mako cheating on her with Korra would make for some good watching.

Season 3 final episode of the Office was meh. Hopefully Season 4 opener is more than just, "Oh yeah Karen and I aren't dating anymore; I'm with Pam now." And Ryan... really?

Futurama Trip Report: Senator Two (relative of a Doctor). A solid episode even without the rewatch. The plot was a bit too topical but at least it didn't take the obvious way out.

Workaholics is awesome. You all should enjoy it before comedy central foolishly cancels it.

Indeed, workaholics is a great show. The first episode of Season 3 was awesome and Season 1-2 were filled with greatness.

Game of Thrones: Ahahahaha at the golden crown episode.
I'm a little behind. Four episodes in S1 left. I hope S2 doesn't take as long to come to iTunes.

Legend of Korra has had another 26 episodes ordered, for 52 total. I hope they have enough ideas for the show as it was never supposed to be that long, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

Futurama Trip Repor: Episode Four. I'll admit it, due to Comedy Central's constant schedule shuffling shenanigans being on par with Adult Swim's schedule shuffle truffle I missed most of this episode. At least I got to see Zapp get gut punched by Lelia's father twice and the comic stylings of Nixon and the clone of Agnu.
