Or you can just use the Chameleon spell to turn yourself into an inanimate object and troll the hell out of these jerks. They`ll likely never find you in the pitch-black Tombs.
For those who don`t have the spell yet... Kill Hydra, reload the game, proceed across the lake into a cave, kill the golden golem there and free the girl. The girl will become available as a vendor through the yellow summon sign she puts in front of the lake. The spell is among the things she sells.

Just yesterday I used the spell to annoy some guy who invaded me in Anor Londo.
So, we fight on top of the rotatable platform and I backstab him for maximum damage. He starts healing himself. I don`t pursue him and instead take the staircase down into the Darkmoon tomb. When there I immediately use Chameleon and turn myself into a vase. Five seconds later the guy comes chasing after me, enters the tomb, doesn`t find me and goes back to the platform. One minute later he returns to the tomb, doesn`t find me, goes back to the platform again and raises it to a higher level(probably wanted to go search for me in other areas of Anor Londo). I immediately break the spell and pull the lever near the entrance to the tomb to lower the platform down, then go back into the tomb again and use Chameleon. The guy figures out that the only lever I could pull without him seeing me is the one down near the entrance to the Darkmoons, so he comes rushing into the tomb for the third time. Doesn`t find me AGAIN and prepares to leave, I pop out of the vase, backstab him and as he gets up finish him off with Great Combustion.
I was cracking up literally the entire time. How could he
not
understand I was in the Tomb the whole time. He saw me taking the staircase down. There was no other place for me to go to but the Tomb. He was in the Tomb three times and it never occurred to him to try breaking the two vases there.

Ah, I didn't know you could use a homeward bone in the middle of a boss fight. I ended up using one of my sacrifice rings to keep my things after I died. Then I summoned some people to help me kill him, with some bumps along the way. Some black phantom invaded my game twice. He killed me the first time, then I got him the second time. He didn't come back.
I was reading an article about the summoning system in Dark Souls. Since people are on so many different servers, it's harder to summon people into your game, and to be summoned into another game. It's even harder to summon one of your own friends because you two might not be on the same server.

Also, now I can go and do the final boss and finish the game to see the other ending, but I still have some things that I want to get and getting platinum in this game is pretty easy compared to Demon's Souls that can take easily more than 4 playthroughs thanks to the convoluted tendency system and the drop rate of some items. Arguably the hardest trophy to get in Dark Souls is the
"Knight's Honor"
one and that can take 2 to 3 playthroughs. Thank God there's no "collect all the rings" trophy this time.

Here are some changes I found from a forum on Gamespot.
-Elemental weapons are being fixed
-Scaling weapons being fixed.
-Glitched spells (Greater magic shield, TWOP, etc) fixed.
-The input delay we sometimes experience will be fixed.
-The requirement for the sunbro covenant will be reevaulized to make it lower
-When you use a cracked reb orb and it fails it will not be considered used
-A lot of new weapons will be added to all the vendors
-No more soul glitch
-No more snuggly glitch
-Fixed multiplayer
Absolving sins are now 500 times your level
-Pyro and sorc are getting a step down.
-Souls you get from bosses are being changed
-The drop rates are being changed (especially for rarer items)
-The item dropage rate is going to be changed

Shining? Guess that means Twinkling, that'll make it a lot more practical to upgrade special weapons/armor. Mainly armor.

As long as they fix the darn Darkmoon glitch I'll be happy. Blue Eye Orb never works despite being invaded multiple times during attempts by people with high sin rankings; and I have yet to get a single summon from the ring. :-\

It can take a while to get summoned but the ring works fine, I've been in more invasions in the Darkmoon covenant than the one of the Forest.
I finally got the last Souvenir of Reprisal yesterday. Getting 10 of this things is pretty damn hard.

The physical defense is still pretty good, but this will make using my Zweihander more problematic. Can't be havin' no interruptions during that slow swing...

^ I also use Zweihander as my main weapon so Poise is vital. Hope my lightinging one didn't get nerfed too hard by the "rebalancing" to elemental weapons
Guess it's time to move to whatever has the highest poise now. Hope Black Iron Armor didn't get the poise lowered too. you could always use the ring that raises poise, but I'd rather not take up a ring slot with that

Ring of Fog users can now be locked on.
Tranquil Walk of Peace and other Slow duration reduced to ~10 secs.
All the assholes who relied exclusively on Ring of Fog + Tranquil Walk of Peace + Wrath of God weep silently in the corner.

Wish they had released this patch sooner but better late than never. At least I'm still halfway through the game, would've sucked if I had already finished it since I'm not going to do another playthrough anytime soon and all these changes would've been irrelevant for me.
