So, the game finally have a name, and it's Dark Souls.

It seems that they are making the game with a strong emphasis on exploration. There's also this "mutual roleplaying" system mentioned in the article, but there's not much info at the moment.

I really hope there is a dedicated co-op mode implemented so I can choose to play with my friend easily.  I did enjoy the random aspect of the online modes in Demon's Souls, but just having the option to team up with a buddy easily will make this better.

Of course, you can play with friends in Demon's Souls, it's just a pain in the ass and takes time to get going smoothly.

More exploration is good news. Exploration has always been one of the strongest points of King`s Field.

That is pretty awesome =D  Though Demon's Souls continues to kick my ass and I can only play it for 15min at a time before I have to go "walk it off", I still love the game and the idea of it.
