...but the JRPG characters are actually living things before they die.  Just watch how they blink their eyes!  That makes the death more meaningful, blood, wound, or not.

Put down that sword and ready your mandolin!

It's time.

Non-linear male-female relations! Real time mandolin fighting style!

You know what, I'd explore that venture (minus the kung fu mandoline fighting)
Watching it to 1:15 seems like an interesting game.

10$ this becomes real.

So, can you run the game on your machine?

Recommended System Requirements:
CPU: Intel Quad Core or AMD equivalent
RAM: 3 GB for Windows XP / 4 GB for Windows Vista and Windows 7
VGA: Nvidia GeForce 260, 1 GB memory / Radeon HD 4850 1 GB memory

I don't see anything special in these requirements, if you're gaming on your PC you should have a rig at least this good. The 260/4850 are relatively old cards. A quad core and 4gb are a must if you want to play modern games. I think it's exactly what you'd expect from a game like this.

I don't own a PC (and won't anytime soon), so I don't know how high those requirements truly are. But since a lot of people were worrying about being able to run the game, I figured I'd post.

The screenshots and videos had led me to believe the requirements would be a little more steep than that.  My rig can definitely handle that, and I am pleased. :P

Well, it's one thing to say it'll run, it's another for it to actually run. Then subjectivity for whether or not it runs well enough and blah blah blah. I may take my chances, but I'll have to see if I can even get back into the original beforehand.

Well, yeah, for some people it only runs when they're getting solid 60fps at 1920x1080 with at least 4 MSAA lol. But anyway, if you meet the recommended requirements you should be fine.

Recommended specs (which I concider to be the true minimum in most cases) are fairly steep to anyone who hasnt upgraded their PC recently. Despite this, Im fairly sure itll still sell well. It does look fantastic, and as long as its at least half as good as it looks, I'll be sure to pick it up once I have a capable gaming rig.

Man, this game looks really good.
Zavvi has the premium edition for €28.95 which includes:

The Witcher 2: Assassins Of Kings game
Making of Video DVD
Official Soundtrack
World Map
Game Manual and Game Guide
Pamphlet and Cursed Coin
2 x Papercraft Figures of Various Game Characters

The collector's edition is amazing but I can't find it below €80. Though it seems to be worth the price, the premium edition is a much better deal.

Anyway, this definitely looks like a goty contender.

Well, its competition was DA2. As long as they dont completely mess up, it shouldnt be too hard to shine in comparison.

Waiting for them to finally give up and announce these games for consoles.  They may make pot shots at Dragon Age, but once they compare its console sales alone vs whatever sales they scrounge on pc, they'll want to cry.
