Did I enjoy the GBA version of Riveria?

Yes, I did!

Will I import/buy a translated PSP version of Riveria?

Yes, I will!

I thought the game was excellent.

I just don't understand why it's going to be on the PSP.

The full-voice does sound way cool considering what was already there was very well done. It is pretty tempting, because I love the game (was actually thinking about replaying it soon), but it isn't tempting enough for me to purchase a PSP.

But even if I did want it I wouldn't be able to. College has made me poor.

Official site is up, it really does look like a cheap port.

Further emphasizing my point. But the big fans here care enough that they'll rebuy it it seems. If I couldn't find my copy, I'd gladly go fuck it and just pick this up. But I found it, so I'm apathetic to a US release.

If Atlus or whoever brings this over though, I swear to god that mage better have a better voice actress. Completely unfitting given the way she acted.

Pics at the right resolution:

It looks like they just applied that filter in some emulators. :\

The portraits, or portrait rather, look great - the rest looks like the filter you described.

Actually, it looks much cleaner and more detailed.

No dude. No it doesn't. It looks like they ran it through that Eagle filter on SNES9X that smoothes shit to all hell. I'm sorry, but this does not inspire confidence, and I like Riviera.

The portraits look like they are at a higher resolution but the ingame stuff definitely looks like some crappy filter job.  I wonder if they will take the time to re-master the music...

In any case...  SCEA, "Denied."

... most likely.
