I like the screenshots.  The one girl is kind of designed with silly clothing, but the game still looks good.  I'm still excited about this game very much and I can't wait to play it.  I wonder why XSeed hasn't decided to bring this over to America yet.  After the last Wild Arms game, you'd think they would stick with the series?

maya is not controllerable. plus raquel's swordsmanship is one of the things i liked about her.especially when you fight that that boss that has control over time.female melee powerhouses are rare in rpg's. besides that i think i saw some of myself in raquel wich made her easy to connect with.

I was talking more in terms of characterization than in fighting ability, actually.  Though I do agree that female heavy hitters are rare.  I just liked the fact that Raquel was artistic in addition to being a swordswoman.
