A crazy hip-hop album?

At first I thought it would just be an album of original music using FF7 beats (like what he's done with Mega Man music) but the whole album is actually about FF7.

No better name for an FF7 rap album than Black Materia.

Hey hey, this is DJ Cid Vicious with his latest track off his album "Black Materia" called "I got my handgun on mah hand" ft. Mr. T as Barret.

... you know I joke, but I'd listen to anything Mr. T has to say.
Nevertheless...Don't really feel like coughing $7 for a genre I'm picky about.

Saw a link to this a while ago but never peeped it for some reason.
Gonna check it out now, as a huge fan of both hip hop and FFVII, I'm pretty much the target demographic for this. If I don't like it idk who will. lol

This dude Brandon Logic made these awesome tracks where he basically added hip hop percussion + some other fluorishes(sp) to the FFVII soundtrack and it was AWESOME. I still listen to it once in a while. I made a thread and posted links but no one seemed to pay any attention. Just found the thread and the links are dead. If anyone cares to hear it and can tell me how to upload it to a file sharing service I'll do it. Or I'll just ask him if he wants to re-up them, he's a producer so I'm sure he won't mind the exposure.

And for the record I lol'd as well.
