gaming to-do list
1) finish impossible dead space play-through
2) beat bioshock
3) get and finish Fallout 3 DLC (again if anyone is willing to loan me the discs or GOTY edition for about a week that'd be awesome and save me a ton of money)
4) if I get l.a. noire play that or do DA2
5) a cheap game i've been meaning to get: either mirror's edge, bayonetta, etc
6) start a 2nd playthrough of the mass effect series. I've only played me 1 and me 2 once.
OOh ooh get Bayonetta it's my favorite game this gen. I loved the cutscenes, the main character, and the combat, basically everything except the QTEs (eww) Though ironically Bayonetta isn't Asian, but she has glasses.

Top 5 things I like about myself:
5. The fact that I cannot say my English ABC's but I can do my German ones. I am not German.
4. I forgive people easily. Some people say too easily.
3. I make a lovely cup of tea.
2. I make an effort to smile at people of the street. Some people smile back, relieved that I'm not going to mug them, others don't smile back.
1. I feel like every day I grow towards being a better human being, I don't like taking steps backwards.
Now, rather than being called out for being a narcissist here is a list of things I dislike about myself.
5. I have violent sneezing fits at least twice a day that range from 5-10 minutes long.
4. I stay up way too late at night.
3. I wish I took better care of my teeth when I was younger, the damage just seems irreparable now. Not that I have hideous teeth or anything, but I should have taken better care.
2. I judge those I love far more harshly than I judge strangers.
1. Every day it gets harder to leave the house, sometimes just certain rooms in the house. I lock myself away for days and shy away from human contact, even my beloved boyfriend.

4. I stay up way too late at night.
Ditto. I go through phases of having a regular sleep schedule but for months at a time, my bedtime often trespasses into proper morning hours.
Now, my list of.... five things I can't go a day without doing.
1. Making my bed. Even if it means being late to catching an important train-- I
have
to make my bed in the morning.
2. Breakfast.
3. Singing, to the dismay of my neighbours (may God bless their souls for never complaining).
4. A cup of anything hot. Sometimes I just boil a stick of cinnamon in water.
5. Reading the zikir before sleep.

Star: I'm one of those people who stay up late doing "nothing"... I hate it.... haha
Top 5 Things I Like About Myself! :)
1. My Smile! :D
2. Despite rather reclusive nature, I can still keep a conversation interesting and witty, be it strangers or friends.
3. My drawing ability.
4. Being generally at peace with the way I am. I call this a big thing, while there's always room for improvement, I'm happy with myself.
5. I appreciate the little things and think fantastically. I love when dusk comes up as just a dark cloud in the ditance... I try to think of them as mountains instead, making where I live that much more exciting.
--
Top 5 Things I Dislike About Myself :(
1. Poor sleep habits. Mind you, I think I'd be good with shiftwork because of it.
2. My inability/dislike with calling friends... maybe I just haven't made enough of the right friends worth doing it. I've got stories about the ones I did consider "good friends" having turned into retards.
3. My inability to say no to pasta. Specifically, the worst offender of them all: fettuccine alfredo.
4. My lack of common sense at the best of times.... d'oh.
5. The trouble I have with female friends... I find men much more simpler company, but maybe it's just bad influences when growing up. I don't know how to be all that girly.

RE #2 on your bad list.
I make an effort to keep in touch w/ someone... but if they don't call me back I don't call them. It always seems like the onus falls on me to keep in touch with people but fuck it.
I had these two chick friends in recent school. We hung out after graduating but at one point they were always busy. So i said "give me a holler if you're free."
Nothing. Months later one texted me and said you forgot the other girl's bday. I texted back "oops, I'm an asshole."
Today I ran into one of them at a store in a random place. She totallly walked right by me.
Friendship is a two way street. If you don't make an effort to contact me don't get all pissy when I don't

And that is 'da truth. Almost same thing happened to me. My best friend, who I actually grew up with, moved across country a little over eight years ago. At first we spoke on the phone and computer a lot but gradually he stopped returning my calls. Almost five years went by and he called me out of the blue and asked me if I was mad at him or something. I was like WTF, are you serious! Ended well (at least for now) as he's back to returning my calls...time will tell I guess.

I don't get why this happens so often.
Same with me. Some fuckface who thought he was this big shit (oooo, you work for Udon Comics!!! YOU GO, fancy pants!!!). I didn't call him up, but he wanted to meet, catch up, even though I told him I was busy with school and work for, like, 8 days a week. He moves away, comes back, and says "if you're ready to hang again, I'd be ready to forgive you for ignoring me".
Uhhhh
, eat it?

It's the way shit goes. I can't even count the number of friends I lost to stuff like this.
No hard feelings though, for the most part.

Games I really ought to play, because I like Yoda's idea and feel like ripping it off.
1) Beat Portal and actually BUY Portal 2.
oh and maybe get other Steam games too. 'sup TF2?
2) Play Fallout 3 GotY now that I have it.
3) Play Mass Effect ..and then play ME2 again.
4) Play Red Dead Redemption
5) Buy Devil Summoner 1&2 already, for fuck's sakes.
I actually thought recently that I was being ignored by a friend back home... I went out with some of our mutual friends the other day, apparently she ignores everyone now.
