imho, best looking consoles

1.) white ps3 slim. This looks like a piece of tech out of some sci-fi movie.


2.) 360 slim. It sort of reminds me of the original xbox for some reason. but this is sleek and sexy


3). lookin' good dreamcast


4) original playstation. It's not trying to be fancy, it's not trying to be sexy. the girl next door of videogame consoles

Top 5 sci-fi alien races/empires I'd love to be enslaved by

1) Ur-Quan (Star Control series)

They either put you on your homeworld and trap you there under an impenetrable slave shield or make you a battle thrall. I think that's some fair treatment when they could just kill ya.

Plus they're badass. It'd be an honor for me to fight in their campaign.


2) Borg

They ain't pretty. And they ain't smart. I mean they'd let the damn crew of the Enterprise beam aboard w/ weapons when you know those slick assholes were not up to anything agreeing w/ their agenda of assimilating all.

But I bet it'd be damn awesome to be part of a grand collective like that. Probably some sort of major mind fuck. Plus maybe 7 of 9's regen thingy pod will be next to mine

3)Minbari Federation (Babylon 5)

A society of warriors, priests, and builders. Granted I'm not enough of a tank for the warrior caste, I probably would find a calling in the Third Fane of Chu'Domo and begin the search of enlightenment and reason. Not to mention kick ass. Their priests are basically warrior monks.

And it'd be sweet to tool around the galaxy in one of these badboys



4) Old Empire (Dune)
Thinking machines are abolished, forcing humans to achieve their highest physical and mental capabilities to replace tasks previously done by machines.

Though, this probably didn't bode well for the average dude, probably making him a slave or cannon fodder.

Still it'd be nice to have some spice melange. Mmmmmm melange.


5)Galactic Republic.

I don't know much about the actual fiction here. But it seems like shit was right for a long ass time. 'nuff said

1.French vanilla ice cream

I am not sure if Scotland is the same as Ireland where people get paid a small amount for planting trees on their land. People plant them where they will take up the least amount of space and still have enough room to grow. The result is an unnatural looking straight line of tree sprouts. As creepy as I find them I love the randomness of regular forests.

Oh i see. :P I have an entire field of those literally right behind my back garden. You would hate it. I agree it it does look unnatural - at least it's better than what it was, just a desolate field of nothingness.

1) finish impossible dead space play-through

2) beat bioshock

3) get and finish Fallout 3 DLC (again if anyone is willing to loan me the discs or GOTY edition for about a week that'd be awesome and save me a ton of money)

4) if I get l.a. noire play that or do DA2

5) a cheap game i've been meaning to get: either mirror's edge, bayonetta, etc

6) start a 2nd playthrough of the mass effect series. I've only played me 1 and me 2 once.
